CAN I USE A CREDIT CARD TO PURCHASE ITEMS?

Yes, we accept visa and mastercard paid securely through paypal.  NB: You do not have to be a paypal member to pay this way.  Paypal merely act as the secure payment processor.

Yes, we accept payments through paypal.  It is a safe and secure option as is the credit card option.

CAN I RETURN MY GOODS?

Yes, if you return them in the original purchase condition within 10 days of receiving the items we will exchange or refund the value of the items only.

Yes, we most certainly do.  Your order is shipped with insurance via Australia Post for a safe and trackable transaction.   Payments are made in the usual way at the checkout via credit card or paypal.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

Orders are processed every day, so once payment has cleared, your parcel will be sent no later than the next working day.

Delivery is  worked out automatically on weight through the Australia Post.  Unlike most other online retail outlets, we don't add any other postage and handling charges on to cost.  This is a service we provide to our loyal customers to ensure good value and a  positive shopping experience with us.
